@Jason Rego A MIC/private/B lender may be a good option for you. 

They are dropped, stepped on, battery fluid leaks out, or even get lost - sometimes behind the couch, sometimes under the bed, who knows. 

I asked her if she would allow couch surfing and if her parents would be happy to be paying for that type of squatting.I think you have far more serious aspects to worry about if you’re taking on the hard and unrewarding work of renting to roommates.Why not include all rooms in this.

You could decide to offer 2 bedrooms or a bedroom plus a pullout couch or a loft space to accommodate additional guests.

They may have been couch surfing for a while or have been in a bad relationship where the other party was the leaseholder and would kick them out without notice or constantly threaten too do so.

These radical websites are doing a disservice to everyone, I can buy houses from money I find in my couch cushions and so can you.
