I totally see the importance of finding the rockstar agenda or why investors get their licences. 

Not sure exactly where this is but I now the city of wenatchee requires a business licence for a STR and Chelan County is currently in a hot mess with possible code changes for STR.

Hey everyone just got my licence looking to jump in this remarkable industry who here is in the Massachusetts and CT Market?

In the past couple of years I have run into licences/bonded contractors that have come in and given one price and have changed prices every week (factual), or have come in and over promised and by far under delivered.

He advised me that he had to get these permits pulled by another person with a general contractor licences as he now does not have one. 

This includes getting bids from general contractors/builder (if you live in an area where none licenced people can not act as GC for there own new construction bids) or get bids from subcontractors. 

I have seen you attack people that asked a question about wholesaling,  WHILE they have a real estate licence.

I have a meeting Monday with a close friend of mine who's going to walk me through the real estate licencing course, so that I have access to MLS listings myself.

If I were you, I would not invest in real estate licence right now.

In one of my rentals, the Condo Property Management implemented new leasing procedures requiring a lease to be renewed every year, updating Owner/Tenant info and signing a rent payment assignment, as well as Tenants ID or Drivers Licence, Credit info and background check results.
