I can see myself as the founder of an intimate property management company, having excellent leadership and team camaraderie.My question to investors, residential or commercial property managers is how should I work towards fulfilling my vision? 

I have excellent credit, I am a realtor on top of a full time job in a leadership position, and did the remodel in half the time and at budget.If she won't budge on the 20 years, should I be shopping around?

You might start low on the totem pole but if that's where you already hang your license then I'd consider asking around.

So, I went back to school later in life, kicked butt, did an internship, got hired into a leadership development program at a big company and watched my career and salary soar (I worked as hard for them as I did for myself).
