I do plan on attending the next TRIG meeting June 16th @Marcus Irons. 

Not uncommon for Austin, but the house also has cast iron drain lines.

It was just little oddities--like an hour before I was going to sign the lease with another person, he backed out because of complications of still co-owning a house with his ex-wife (they just got divorced and it seems they didn't have everything ironed out...despite me probing thoroughly on the subject).

Oh, and ironically enough the new assessment instead of waiting until the following year like we had anticipated was done literally 2 weeks after we bought which seemed rather abrupt.  

Ironically the condo sold the following summer...B of A finally decided to honor a short-sale offer once we stopped sending the mortgage.

I do have other "irons in the fire" so to speak. 

Ironically that'd be an ideal property for me.  

It's ironic how accurate you are about the first people reaching out to me with a get rich quick scheme. :) It has happened already.Again thank you to all that have responded.
