How would you grade Riverdale, GA  right there where Roundtree Rd and Pine RD intersect?

The owner uses busy intersections just outside local city limits to avoid fines.

The north-south and east-west interstate highways intersect in the Harrisburg area, so transportation and warehousing are big fators here, as well as the location being within a day drive from 50% of the US population.  

What’s the address or at least street and intersection.

It’s why people don’t want to live next to a freeway, an intersection, or even a busy street.
