I know Brandon's not really associated with BP any more but reading the threads on Open Door creates either a bad taste or bad impression on a lot of people and that is really unfortunate, just as one example.

Just passed the House and Senate in Virginia - I am not as up to speed on how the legislative process in Virginia works but my broker and multiple wholesalers that have reached out to me are all under the impression that this starts July 1st and appears to require wholesalers doing 2 or more deals in a year to be licensed. 

I got the impression she was looking for a fight more than an answer. 

I am impressed with his podcast and I know of one successful investor in my area who has participated in the course.Hopeful that we can get some responses here.

This topic comes up frequently, but I would be impressed if someone could actually find legislation that requires a real estate agent to present all offers to a seller.I'm not saying it doesn't exist.
