I'll be honest, I am quite confused here.

I'm out of state but I’ve come across a bunch of houses in Detroit that start at $2,500.Now, I’ll be honest, I don’t think any of these homes could be rehabbed even if with unlimited resources.My question is about the land.  

My attorney seems to be one of the best in the area, and to be honest, I like dealing with him and his team.

I've been buying this year in Calgary I just put one under contract this week, the only thing I am less certain to be honest is the medium-long term economy of the region, but all the properties I get have stupid amount of net cashflow so I really don't bank on appreciation.
