@Himanshu JainThe problem with helping them out is that where does it end.. when the toilet clogs in 3 months because they flushed 7 rolls of toilet paper down the toilet one time, are they going to call you and ask for help?

So you would essentially be getting taxed and would pay interest. thanks Joel,That's not saying that the basic premise is not workable .. you just need to flush out the details and account for all your costs so you are not hit with any surprises.

Since they are like not flush with cash to buy you out, you'd need to be prepared for a long wait convincing the city-owner to qualify for and obtain conventional cash-out financing to buy you out at a profit or you would accept a note and TD (internal seller financing).We're you to become the co-owner, you could post a new thread about how to force a partition action.

The kitchen cabinets are poorly done and the gas-line for the stove comes out of the floor so close to the edge of the cabinets that the stove cannot be pushed flush against the wall.
