What about landscaping, like pulling weeds in flower beds and mulching?

it is like combing thru weeds to find a flower!

I too read the ad as more flowers than weeds.  

I am running some numbers on potential property 3/1 on N Grant Ave little flower near Brookside park.

I am exploring some different ideas like maybe putting crushed stone there or maybe even a flower garden.  

I think I sent flowers to the closer for weeks after that in penance :)
