Whenever I start talking about merging condo titles or states that allow HOA super-liens my family tends to change the subject... maybe they are scared to admit how fascinated they are.I agree that you could cut some expenses but even in your better case scenario $455/floor/month is nothing to get excited about.

Currently 22 years old and have recently became fascinated with the idea of buying and holding homes while renting them out.

I am looking into Real estate because it has always fascinated me and i would love a better  way to take care of my life in the future.  

I must say that I find the idea of purchasing Non-Performing Notes to be somewhat fascinating.

I've listened to about 10 of the Podcasts and have been totally fascinated to the point where I decided to join this wonderful community.

I have always been fascinated by real estate and the people who own it, even as a child.

To me, these anecdotes are more than just isolated tales of misery and woe - they illustrate patterns of behavior, influence, persuasion, rationalization and more across all of the REI market, and that's just fully fascinating.

I think it's a really fascinating idea.

It is fascinating to see MGH, founded in 1811, unveil it's 1,000,000 Sq Ft expansion plan that will expand inpatient and specialty care capacity for decades to come.
