Does that just mean the the difference between 501k and 1.7M is unsecured, or does the stated limit exclude cost associated w/ a default?

If I were to have a 12month lease at $1350/mo and my mortgage payment is $1150 (including condo fees), I earn $200/mo excluding the additional costs that come with renting.
