With that said, we really know what works and what doesn’t, we have a strict process as it’s proven and are selective with who we take on as clients.  

Unfortunately, I do not have any recommendations but be careful on who you select.

It offers excellent potential for investors due to the multiple exit strategies available.

This is the first time I’ve had such few inquiries, and my research suggests Zillow might be selectively prioritizing certain properties, like the lowest-priced ones.

Excellent point and I am not even a foodie.

You can easily self manage 1 property with Zillow and Excel.

This probably implies FIRE in his 20s, but I hope he is passionate about the path he has chosen and excels at it until at least a more traditional retirement age.He started the 2nd rehab he is leading.

That is a valid question, which is why you have to be careful with what you select as you would with any other investment.
