Disregard the frauds that suggest BS escape clauses.

They make a really low deposit, and put all kinds of escape clauses in the contract, then they market the property for sale (which is borderline illegal in most states without a license). 

Regardless, I really don't like the ones that put properties under contract with a bunch of escape clause BS.

It's even more surprising how many people are attracted to this experience as a means of catharsis to escape the stress of there w-2 grind.

You can't escape your tenants if they live next door.

I see that these "fears" or personality traits or whatever it is is getting in the way of what I need to do as an investor to "escape the rat-race" and live financially free.
