After attending one BP webinar and reading "Ultimate Beginner's Guide To Real Estate Investing," I immediately discovered my enthusiasm focus all of my attention on real estate investing...it's right up there with my love for playing Drums, and Coffee (smile).

If you can articulate your positive attributes, explain your problem areas, and show enthusiasm for the unit/area, that should help.
