Hi Jose,For new central A/C with ductwork, you're probably looking between 8-12k including ductwork (per unit) depending on what all you want done, although for a duplex I think you could probably be around 15k total for both units.

And these type situations where there was never duct work to begin with is exactly the problem they were meant to solve. best of luck and choose a contractor carefully.
