Great neighborhood, great school district, big house, rehab done very nicely (may be biased) working with a very reputable well known agent and it’s been sitting on market now for 40 days even with a price drop.

Once the initial 3-month learning period ends, you're essentially on your own unless you can continue to afford the $500 monthly fee.

Then people say banks do it, yes they do but they also do fractional lending which means they can create money out of thin air.They can write a $1M loan to someone with only $100,000 essentially.

It'll be overkill, to be honest, but it's better than using software that lacks some essential features.

I get multiple calls daily from sequential numbers (all Voip calls with a Georgia area code) for a different person and  property I don't own, essentially a wrong number.

Essentially how do we separate from partnering on each property when the time comes? 

I've heard of house hacking cases where the tenants essentially evict an owner with false complaints to the rent board.
