@Demos Thanos  I would love to pick your brain about St.

I have a 39 year old 14x70 that needs about $8,000 in repairs. I'm thinking of replacing it with a 1990 or newer model. Does anyone have a ball park guesstimate of what it would cost to have the current MH demolished ...

I believe in the last few years they've gotten into the demo business as well in order to salvage and reuse or resale any and all materials from a demo. 

(Let them know your planning on providing all material and its just easy demo & skill labor job)  Demand is too high and good contractors too few for small, ambiguously complicated jobs like this.  

That being said, spending alittle time installing appliances and fixtures and doing some demo is pretty easy so I think I like your breakdown of work pretty well.

I gave @Eric Yang some pointers about his crazily expensive San Francisco market.  

My generation (millennials-largely the demo moving to NC) prefer to rent on the whole.

After we did some demo, we wanted to put plans on the city and we found a $77,000 lien.

It would be worth it to invest some time to develop/understand your local rule of thumbs for Kitchen, bath, mechanical, roofing, demo, plumbing & electrical, drywall/painting...    

(Having a demo done tomorrow to find out the current pricing, I did this last year and turned it down because it was too much) And are they accurate enough when it comes to prospecting for it to be worth it?
