I believe in the last few years they've gotten into the demo business as well in order to salvage and reuse or resale any and all materials from a demo.

(Let them know your planning on providing all material and its just easy demo & skill labor job) Demand is too high and good contractors too few for small, ambiguously complicated jobs like this.
