Management fees would delete your cash flow and if you plan on managing yourself, then you are basically buying a property management job.

@Marvin Spears Sorry, a few other posts were deleted from this thread so I may have missed 90% of the conversation you were having with someone else. 

They are so few and far between of being good deals that I just delete the emails when they come through.

And you can create/delete them in about 5 seconds with the click of a button.I can't comment on Stripe, but Airbnb/VRBO will let you assign a separate bank account to each property so deposits from that property will go into that separate account. 

We were afraid relisting the removed properties would put our entire account in jeopardy and did not know if we did so, would their next step be to delete our account putting the other 37 properties in a bind.
