I am married to my highschool sweetheart and we have been blessed with our daughter (who is 4 weeks old)!

My find of the year was my daughter offered to put me on there plan(they live 120 miles away even),,then we both have verizon and free mobile to mobile convo.

Recently my daughter was accepted to FloridaState University!

We do plan to return prepaid rent to the estate after expenses, however we believe that we must wait for a probate judge to decide to whom the money will be paid.I'm not sure we should have allowed his daughter to remove his posessions without probate instruction, but it seemed like the thing to do at the time.Note to Minna: The death in a way has caused a bit of a clean-up challenge, along with a real concern about sanitizing the apartment for the next tenant.

I walked out side it was raining...I went back in the house...Played poker on my PC...At about 3:30 went and picked up my daughter...

My daughter kust moved to that frozen tundra!!

Maybe she's supplying the stuff their smoking on Capitol Hill, it would certainly explain a lot. They do seem to have an incredible case of the munchies with all of the pork they're throwing around.

Within 30 seconds I was sitting with the BIC behind closed doors and he was looking at my offer, explaining the agent was out of the country at his daughter's wedding.

My goal is getting into that one rental property before moving into a single family home with my Wife and Daughter and then using a credit line on my single family to get more rental properties. 

I did move back with my mother in the meantime to save up some money and buy a second home for my two-year-old daughter and I.
