It is a direct proportion....the higher the number the bigger the pile of crap you bought.This is where the tax lien gurus mislead.

However storage should be proportional to the house size.

However, I disagree on the proportions because everyone and their needs are different.

Typical numbers are 100k for a property that rents for $1400-1500 range. 150-200k for a typical duplex in a B class area with slightly higher rents. 3-4 units pretty proportional numbers when it comes to price per door.  

Based on your post history, I believe you are getting the exact measure of results in proportion to the quality of content you have provided. 

I don't hesitate to hire someone to remove the insect ASAP before the issue gets blown out of proportion.

Additionally, this is what I've experienced; the quality and efficiency of the PM's management will invariably be in direct proportion to how many properties are being managed. 

On top of that, 10 degrees isn't exactly level so you may have problems with an actual buildable pad area without doing a lot of grading and compaction.
