Cutting a chunk of wire from the main breakers and also has white fuzzy mold in the wet basement.( no power, no sump pump) It's a short sale and the property is worth triple after these problems are addressed.

You didn't have to insert any coins which mean free washes.The circuit board was checked again and the distributor service rep came out and made yet another adjustment per the regional manufacturing representatives instructions...so far, everything seems to be okay.

Hi Leo, as far as the ground wire is concerned, just pull one of the non grounded receptacle plates off and loosen the receptacal enough to see behind it (Cut the breaker first unless you like to challenge the gods like me) and see if the wire going to the back of it has a bright copper bare wire.

You'll have to decide what criteria is more important to you to use as a "tie-breaker" criteria - higher income, higher credit score, no pets, etc.
