I want to know do I hire a mold inspector to come out or is this a deal breaker?

We have a unit no basement, no garage and it is always a issue and sometimes a deal breaker to not have the garage.

When you install the mini split system, it would get hooked into their breaker panel and therefore they would be charged the electricity when they run it. 

Cutting a chunk of wire from the main breakers and also has white fuzzy mold in the wet basement.( no power, no sump pump) It's a short sale and the property is worth triple after these problems are addressed.

If we knew when the market was going to peak, we'd be on T.V. doing the daily show circuit.

Not receiving most or all of those things would not be a deal breaker for me. 

You didn't have to insert any coins which mean free washes.The circuit board was checked again and the distributor service rep came out and made yet another adjustment per the regional manufacturing representatives instructions...so far, everything seems to be okay. 

Making a commission on an investment I want is icing on the cake, not a deal breaker.  

Hi Leo, as far as the ground wire is concerned, just pull one of the non grounded receptacle plates off and loosen the receptacal enough to see behind it (Cut the breaker first unless you like to challenge the gods like me) and see if the wire going to the back of it has a bright copper bare wire.

You'll have to decide what criteria is more important to you to use as a "tie-breaker" criteria - higher income, higher credit score, no pets, etc.
