Some tenants would be late on the water bill for a couple month and receive shutoff notice and one of them is 3 month late now and I still don't see shut off notice when I check online.

My wife says I have perfected the military scowl, which is  weird as I was never in the service, even though people ask me all the time if I was.Ask me about something I'm passionate about and you can't shut me up.

It could be as simple as a bad control valve, which shuts off the heater prematurely.

Just a few things I did to help me save (and they added up):- Cut out the cable and use wifi/Netflix - Make coffee at home - Stop eating out, only making it a special occasion here and there- Stop buying unnecessary clothes - Switched from a 35$ a month gym to a $10 a month gym- Cut out "snacks" when grocery shopping- Quit smoking cigarettes - Be mindful of utilities, shut off lights at night, don't leave them on- And most importantly, stay busy.

If I owned a unit in the building I would do everything possible to shut you down. 

Tenant had friends, was going to church, caring for her aging mom, whom I saw one time at the house.

The house was winterized in 2017 and the water was shut off due to outstanding water bill. 

I enjoy my work and I also lead the music for my local church.

@Justin Guidry,Good Morning Justin,Very new to investing, but I have been a caregiver in two ALF in Lafayette.Day to day duties were to check on every resident every two hours, assist them to and from activities if needed, such as the in home salon, church, etc. taking the residents to doctor's appointments and the light houskeeping of the rooms.
