I wouldn't say BP is necessarily anti wholesaling, I think a lot of investors nowadays get their deals from wholesalers because finding properties by making offers, forming relationships and/or dumping a ton of money into marketing is either expensive or time consuming.

If the typical loan nowadays is 30 years at 3% interest and ~5% down, the seller finance structure should reflect what is current of the loan market.

They do come with slightly higher fees, and interest rates (Around 4-5% nowadays) But they are very quick and easy to work with.

Gallon of milk is up 20%, gas is up 20%, wages are in theory (lol) up 20%, gold/silver up 20%, bitcoin went up 1000% then dropped 980% 2 milliseconds later (good luck at that casino, and props if you win, someone has to), so it's up 20%, rent is up 20%, stocks on average are up 20%, you get the idea.
