She's hesitant because we're still learning the ropes regarding everything in the BP Beginners Guide.I'm hoping that some of you would be kind enough to review this and let me know if you think I'm on the right track or if I'm way off and if... my wife is right and we should pump the brakes for a few more months until we're more familiar with everything.Here we go...Two duplexes asking price (AP) - $120,000 (so let's say for the remainder of this post we use the AP, but we'd probably make a lower offer, which would generally make the numbers better.

A "Good" job here is a guy who who went to Engineering School, and refined brakes or hydraulics systems in your car, RV, truck etc.

Note: hydraulic pressure is instant as soon as the engine starts, air pressure build up on a truck (for the brakes) takes less than a minute.Exhaust fumes/air don’t get “sucked in” through the ac compressor unit.....stating falsehoods just diminishes your credibility on the true things.

Typically with residential it takes property 3-5 years to brake even and cash flowing slightly after 7-10years.Now with the 40% deposit requirement you may cash-flow a bit faster.I suggest you take @Dean Letfus on his offer.
