I would have thought a post that blatantly stated "I've got more money than I can spend" would have generated more interest.

It's blatantly obvious that the market prices are not changing to reflect the difference in service that realtors provide. 

Either blatant to the naked eye or evidenced by a signed inspection record by municipal authority or 3rd party inspector.

Sometimes it's blatant like what I witnessed last week and can be addressed, but I wonder how many times it occurs without anyone ever knowing. 

I don't think it's as blatant as that video portrays, as it's all out there for anyone to find (everything is public record and easy to find in FL) but his company definitely targets the unsophisticated newbie investor type, like their tenants and those attracted to his blingy "lifestyle".

The insurance industry in particular gets away with blatant bias.

You do not have to blatantly discriminate when not choosing those you do not want to rent to.

Discounting blatantly obvious tax evasion, I am convinced it's simply numbers game, as there appears to be absolutely no logic attached to the decision to audit.
