My neighborhood is battling over this issue currently as the city closed a large high school.

My room which stored the cat litter and cat, had no smell.

We paid for it as we wanted the condo to be empty as soon as possible, and we wanted it to be done to soon to avoid smells, etc.

.- Mold:  If you don't see or smell mold, I wouldn't budget anything for an inspection to target that specific issue. 

Trash all over and smells of dog poop, just really gross.

Whole hall way already smells with mold, cracked glass blocks etc...estimated repairs between 10k-20k.
