I doubt it would hold up legally.The cameras on the front of my house cover my driveway and you can see the front of several of my neighbors houses and front doors and driveways in the background.

With our background in construction and real estate, we started doing this as an in-house service for our property owners years ago.

So for a good deal flow you need to market, your farm needs to be several thousand units large.Frankly, it's a lot easier to become an agent.To that regard I’ve seen a real estate agent spend half of what it would have taken to built a profitable wholesaling business and become THE dominate agent in our city of 135,000 people.  

A little background, I have no experience in real estate other than knowing I wanted financial freedom and I knew this is what I wanted to do.

After 15 years in this business, the hard market looks like it's here to stay. my background is in underwriting cargo, commercial auto and marine risk for oil & gas and trucking and all markets are facing repricing or pulling out altogether due to higher losses during covid.

I personally came to the site with a background in rural land investment, but have learned a lot about other areas of real estate as well.

It's actually very feasible to manage your own MTRs if you're inclined to do so and, thankfully, there are now loads of resources to help you do just that from PMS software to leasing, background check and payment integrations.
