I'd be ashamed to rent something with broken windows or appliances.I tend to have a lot of younger renters and the orange and green sheet vinyl floors, dark brown paneling, and crusty old bathrooms and appliances from the 70's that some landlords offer around here just won't cut it with the HGTV crowd.

You can speak to a realtor who can pull up a general closing statement for you at $320k.A lot of people get paralysis by analysis, and that's a shame...but what's more of a shame is not doing enough due diligence.

Other companies don't know what they're doing or are running a sham, so be careful.A turn-key provider should sell you a home that is 100% renovated and either ready to rent or already rented.
