@Levi Kidder, So glad you pointed that out—def seems like a sham account who's trolling some other posts.

I'd be ashamed to rent something with broken windows or appliances.I tend to have a lot of younger renters and the orange and green sheet vinyl floors, dark brown paneling, and crusty old bathrooms and appliances from the 70's that some landlords offer around here just won't cut it with the HGTV crowd. 

It's really a shame but I'll do a little more research before I completely give up on it..... though I'm not too hopeful.

It's a shame what is happening in parts of this state.

You can speak to a realtor who can pull up a general closing statement for you at $320k.A lot of people get paralysis by analysis, and that's a shame...but what's more of a shame is not doing enough due diligence.

@Rick Turman It's a shame you have to spend this kind of money because of two adults bickering.

Other companies don't know what they're doing or are running a sham, so be careful.A turn-key provider should sell you a home that is 100% renovated and either ready to rent or already rented.
