Hi all, I’m looking at documenting my ‘active participation’ and have been reviewing the REPSTracker app (14 day free trial).

They also have a great mobile app. 

We haven’t had a guest yet, what do you recommend for a tv provider if any or just let them use free tv apps and login to their own accounts?  

If I get multiple apps I will start with the ones that appear to be the best qualified on paper (based on income, length of lease desired, past rental and employment history) and I'll run those first.  

People nowadays forget the power of a paper trail....a real paper trail, not apps/emails/texts and all that crap> If you ever end up in court (small claims etc) a Judge will love a real paper trail, they don't want to be waiting while you try and find something on your phone, y'know?

I am using a mobile app that tells me how much to save and which property to payoff.

They are probably telling 10 other landlords the same great feedback as me and then deciding to not follow up.Ill put less stock into the words they say until they submit an app and sign a lease....Yep, the joys of landlording. 

You can also run the numbers with a mobile app called Clarem FI (www.getclarem.com) that can help you build the most optimal plan to deploy your cash.  

I've been using REP Tracker, thinking that managing the property management company counts towards Material hours, but that's clearly not the case.We need an app where one can enter the activity, and the app would show if those hours counted or not.

I wake up and check the app and I go to sleep glued to the app.
