It mostly attracts the desperate, poor, ignorant, and greedy amateurs of real estate investing.

This is too big for an amateur.

I am by all means still an amateur with regard to Real Estate Investing, but feel that I have passed the 'flash in the pan' phase as you previously stated.

I don't see any spacers used either ( another indication of amateur workmanship).  

We are a service provider and the fact that you do not know the difference between the two, again, speaks volumes about your amateur level of experience in this arena. 

That might be probate; might not.AP is not for amateurs, is fraught with danger, and is the tool of last resort.

However, I've never wholesaled, or been involved in a wholesale transaction as either a buyer or seller, so this is just my amateur opinion.

And how your interest is insured.If they didn't get title insurance, you're dealing with an amateur and you probably have other things to be concerned with, like who gets left out in the cold in a foreclosure, who leads in collections and pays expenses, little stuff like that. 

Call me an amateur, but unless you're investing in a single Canada-wide REIT, there is no such thing as "The Canadian Market".
