The airport broke the 10 year old (August 2007) “monthly visitor” record 4 times in the last 12 months according to the paper today. 4.42 million/month.

We have a great International airport, cruise ports nearby, theme parks, easy access to East and West coast beaches, awesome year round weather that is far less effected by hurricanes than any beach location and so much more.Virtually all STR's that are sold here come fully furnished and ready to go.

I'm not sure of the condition or the type of properties (SFR, multi-family, etc) you have, but I would imagine that an executive tenant would want a fully furnished place, close to airports, restaurants, etc...

The Slope is definitely a great way to put money aside to invest and you can spend your travel/airport time learning all the BP has to offer.

I would buy in Austin MSA and try to STR one side  How do you feel about new developments out east by the airport?

@Roxani AdamHello, I will strongly recommend you to invest in Brasov (tourism/students/office) since will be the city with the highest development in the next 2-5 years :- new international airport will be opened in 2021, which will bring a lot of tourists.- 4-5 star hotels are going to open: Radisson Blue ( 2021), Hilton, Mercure - new high way will be developed which will improve the traffic between Bucharest and Brasov ( 5-10 years ) - new Shopping Mall + premium office in the center of the city will open this year, Nov.2020.

More and more people are migrating to Chelsea because of the proximity to the airport.
