After a couple of months - and some bookings and cancellations - I gave it up as way too much effort for a small return.I know it's popular in overseas markets, particularly Europe, so I'm sure there's a market share there but I never needed it (and so far, even though I'm aggravated at AirBNB for how they're handling things, I am staying booked - so far every single day that got cancelled has been rebooked for me).

Their signature and fee are my authority to do these things.I do other checks, but if the 1st 3 fail, there is not much more that can save them.I loose less money with and empty property than I do after an eviction that goes sour after months of aggravation and no rent payments!

Then you won't have to worry about the many burglaries, motor vehicle thefts, assaults, the kidnapping that took place a few streets away, oh and that aggravated robbery that happen just to the south of this property.
