I mentioned the idea of just putting a few concrete slabs on the 13 acre parcel, to rent out as RV camp sights, but even that low risk idea was quickly dismissed as "they would make a mess and be loud/obnoxious".I had the $$ and income to buy a while ago but not the credit, so I have been working on my credit for quite a while and now it is quite nice in the mid 700s but being somewhat entrepreneurial and investing a lot of my time, money, and work into my own affairs now I don't have the "income", lol.
