One of my tenants let my fathers tenant borrow a mower and a few other items. My tenant is the EX-mother in-law to my fathers tenant she is claiming they lent him a mower and a few other misc things and was wondering how to get them back as my fathers tenant won't cooperate. He has court tomorrow morning for the eviction.

You should stay out of it. Advise loaner tenant that she can file in small claims court if she is unable to retrieve her goods any other way. If she's lucky he'll leave her items and she can get them from the curb before the trash pick-up comes (unless you have to store left items for some amount of time in your jurisdiction)
