They are always hit or miss, but I have heard this is not as bad as other tasks. 

If you would rather pay that monthly to take a task off your plate, then go for it.

Beyond the fact you need to know how to use it, know what you are looking at and and then have to clean it... it is ok to just punt that task to a professional.   

It sounds like getting furniture and appliances to these places isn't an impossible task, but for my own peace of mind I think I'm sticking to places that aren't that difficult to access.
