Is the area residential enough to accommodate cash-flowing day care business?

Any thoughts on an accounting system to keep it all straight with the county/state accommodation taxes etc?

Ideally we will purchase a home with a basement entrance and create our downstairs apartment. most houses we are looking at that have this availability for our large family and to accommodate a one-bedroom apartment are in the 400s.

Not that we want to run a business where we are just hardcore and can't accommodate when they give reasonable heads up.

Maybe your lack of accommodation in these areas will cause them to rethink their decision.

@Patrick Archer for a traditional rental property I would say 60 days out is standard (gives people notice time for their current landlord etc.).If you're doing a student rental which it sounds like it may be due to the timing, I believe January on-wards some students start casually looking for accommodations for the next year.

It will be every Monday from 12-1pm & its designed to accommodate busy professionals (with day time jobs).It will be via Webex, so you can join from any online connection or just by audio conference only.

Renters who insist on owning Pitt bulls to me are just setting themselves up for poor accommodations most of the time.

But needs to appease the seller who has been fairly accommodating until this point, and they just want their money. ( he has done 3-30 day extensions) I thought this was an opportunity to help him avoid capital gains and put some money to work in the mean-time.
