One account for the entire company is more common.As always, records should be kept in anticipation of litigation, particularly litigation that includes piercing allegations, since such allegations (abusive though they may be in non-fraud situations) are common.

It just so happens my experience with section 8 has been horrible-- stereotypes exist because people are really like that, not everyone.. but some are.. she is incredibly rude, verbally abusive to us,  constantly complaining,  quick to say she is going to sue us--and gosh, it's everything people warn you about-- I got!   

On the service dog, it’s the most abused aspect of renting.

But to someone who has only lived in the suburban McMansion area their whole life, it might be a C/D (there is a bus stop 300 ft away the consistently has someone with a brown bag in hand, people keep their houses nice, but they are mostly 70+ yrs old, cars park on the street because most don't have garages or driveways).I agree with @Erik Whiting, there are people in all income brackets that are good, responsible people.

He's do decent work for cheap, and then one day he sobers up and decides to see if he can take you for a ride to fund his next tool purchase.You didn't get a written estimate, so you left yourself open to abuse.

STR aka AirBNB Co-cross sex renting is normal and normally no issues... ( all doors have Digital Locks)Recovery homes or Safe houses... etc need to be single sex: dont want sex abused people, or drug recovery, or alcohol recovering mix of sexes in one house...  

They have financial or substance abuse problemsI find #1 and #4 the most cases.One contractor that does work for me won't send me an invoice for like a month because he is so disorganized.
