I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc. 

I also have used apps to collect payments,  but don't like cloud programs for reporting or financial data storage.

Its a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a ton of storage. 

I'm open to "outside-the-box" ideas as well (getting into-self-storage, etc.) 

I understand your excitement about taking the plunge into real estate investing since I was in your shoes 3 years ago. 

Or new shoes (ok, that may be a good thing for someone with whom I share a closet 😬).

If its a 1 car garage, id just recommend storage and thats it. 

In this case, it was considered a storage space rather than sq ft under air.

Will be finished to use as a den/playspace/storage/laundry.
