And yes, - inflation is less than 2% and we really aren't paying more for everything, - we all have bridges for sale in the AZ desert- and $65000 houses aren't really selling for $300,000 and up in CA where potential tenants earn $15.00 per hour and only work part-time.Happy Thanksgiving!
