The price point is low, and the jewelry looks really pretty, so it is easy to sell on ebay or at street fairs.You can make a "diamond" necklace with cubic zirconia for even cheaper and they sell really well because the buyer gets something that no one can tell it's not a real diamond, and they've only paid $10 for it.You wouldn't believe the competition in jewelry and the jewelry sharks make real estate investors look like tame pupfish.

If you are a Broker, be careful not to disclose more information than you legally have to...because people's eyes light up, usually, when they hear someone is a broker and not "just an agent" (which just transformed you from a average shark to a shark on steroids, it seems in the eyes of some sellers).

Certainly, I'd love to find addition streams of income and intriguing ways to make money, but the more I consider this the more I think I don't want to sacrifice a reputation I'm looking to achieve as a fair, just and ultimately profitable landlord because I was trying to pull off some sort of loan sharking scheme...so I think I'll just look into simpler options for getting a kick back in there.

Just make sure they stay in order.Any of the epson work force printers will work....you just need one with a slot feeder rather than a tray.
