this all comes from MLM pitchs Amway and all those others like that. 

Yes, the recruiting and mlm side is a big turnoff.

Like windows for example, I am a distributor, so I purchase directly from the factory, that is a significant saving.

I used all of the systems offered in the M5 while doing MLM.

So after reading Rich Dad and partaking in a MLM for a short period, which I am no longer a part of, I decided I wanted to do something more active with greater upside.

Or stick with locals you meet at the REIA or BP meetups... paid training can be good but you need to be realistic about it... most of these types of deals are like MLM amway things only the few at the top make big dollars while you feed in your membership dues  LOL.hope this helps. 

From the start the sales guy was super smug kinda like an mlm person.

It couldn't get a distributor.

We have leased to regional/national food distributors, information technology firms, contractors, etc that range in size anywhere from local smaller businesses to large national credit tenants that need those spaces that fall well within the Class B building type offering.  

You can sign up as a distributor for some product like Juice Plus, LOL, be a little creative.
