Sadly a lot of people enter various real estate investing fields without a clue of the risks. 

One that has experience in the investor field and can help shape your investment plan. 

Hi everyoneI am completely new to the field and very excited to get started.

The way to do this is to purchase the Plus subscription of QBO and use the Business field for each of the different LLCs and the class field for each property.

This entails building personal/working relationships with people successful in the field.

And you would only qualify for that if your primary job (where you spend the most hours) is in a real estate field, but also it has to be at a business that you own at least 5% of (so W-2 income typically doesn't qualify). 

But apples to apples, you want me to compare your real estate strategy to an index fund which is not a fair or like for like comparison.And do you work in the real estate field at all or as a hobby?
