I am from the Inland Empire in sunny Southern California.

I am launching a campaign in Inland empire.

I've been looking at 650K or less (with 25% down) in the Inland Empire area - Redlands, Rancho Cucamonga - but find very few deals that cash flow - seems like most are actually negative.

A few rentals to help fund retirement or a Realestate empire???

But since realizing how difficult that is in my area I've also looked into places outside my area (Inland Empire, Central California, out of state) as well as considering buying and holding for appreciation.
