And like @Dawn Anastasi pointed out the fact that it's a tiny house does not help either. 

Jobs seemed to be made by professionals as removed walls contaminated with black mold and gave them the right treatments, but nobody knows who it was, no one knows where the cabinets go and all the stuff inside the property like dishwasher refrigerator etc.

@Dawn Brenengen That is a good point about financing the purchase, and using cash for the rehab.

The roof is not leaking but the dishwasher overflowed on to the cabinets so there damaged and can't be resurfaced.
