Appraisal process should typically be finished approx. 10 business days after the inspection if not sooner.

Payments and statements will begin to be processed and sent beginning the 20th of the month or 1st business day thereafter and in the month following the reporting period, with a goal of all payments being sent before the end of the same month.Now they are changing the way we will be reimbursed so that they can sit with our money longer.... 

The buyers attorneys letter states the appraisal shall not be ordered for at least 5 business days after the attorney review period.
