I was super inspired by Ashley Hamilton's episode (BP 333 I believe) and would love to be another source of economic empowerment for lower income communities by becoming a lord of my land as Jay Morrison says.Would you be interested in a possible future partner on a deal or two?

@Ashley Brown If the home is in another country, and I planned on moving overseas, I would probably sell. 

@Ashley Brown  Your mortgage is only 2 years old, so you won't have a lot of equity in the home through that, but you might if the houses in the area have appreciated.Once you factor in selling costs, how much are you left with and what will a bank loan you? 

@James Ashley, getting a loan on a $60k property will be problematic.
