I lived in San Diego for 21 years and currently live in the Phoenix area with a metro population that is about 1 million people larger than SD and have seen that the demand for housing is roughly the same in both areas, but Phoenix wildly outpaces SD in new construction and this is a large part of the reason home prices here are lower.

The neighborhood kids were a bit more raucous (I think there was a bottle rocket war going on from my porch at one time) and the neighborhood church ladies kept stopping by and trying to give me bags of household goods (we had a really nice church a few blocks away that did a lot of neighborhood outreach), but that's about it.

There are many CF sources and platforms out there, but the industry is in the "wild west" phase, and the platforms that are "real" are hard to identify.While we prefer the crowdfunding model as a long-term play, we are open to other offers/proposals/thinking for sources of equity for this UTH offer.Thanks ahead of time and appreciate everyone's thinking here.Scott

Of course, a correction means opportunity and I think legitimate investors v. pretenders stand to do well once wild speculators (in my market, some of the purchases, there is no rationale for besides counting on 10% appreciation).

I spoke w/ the lady providing the service (Traci), she said they are not accepting anymore real estate consultants after that deadline because the business consulting aspect of her service is generating tons of more revenue.
