We would like to present 3-5 owner-financing choices/alternatives for him to select from.Does anyone have experience coming up with choices that vary along term, interest rate, purchase price, percentage down, etc.?

Most zip codes in Dayton do, so they are a poor selection criteria here.

Hello members, I’m a new real estate licensee in Northern Virginia, and I wanted to get some advice on a brokerage to select to hang my license.

There are not thousands of firms selling notes to investors, it is a select few and those in the business already know who they are.Is it possible to find a note here and there to broker - yes but I don’t see how someone can make a full time business out of it and make it profitable.

Detroit is such a weird market..... its like this... the streets are littered with gold if you get it right ie property management, location, produce, tenant selection, get it wrong and you will be in a world of pain. 

Floor & Decor (several Chicago area locations) has a pretty good selection of LVT.
