Hi @BrandonTurner thanks for the advice, I've been reading & hearing podcasts all weekend on my shifts.

I spent two months nights and weekends getting it livable, moved us in, then picked away at the remainder of the projects over the next couple years.

Am going looking at properties this weekend!!

How about next weekend?

Hang out at the local VFW hall in the late afternoon - even weekends since you're busy with the main job.

You might consider approaching some local real estate firms and work weekends.

Paid or not, I'll be going up to check on all the units this weekend.

I know it will be expensive on the weekend, but if the venting is wrong for for the water heater and it's hooked up to the furnace and the furnace is running.... well, I'm no expert but I think there is potential for stuff to go very wrong, and you don't want that to happen.

I'm flying out there this weekend and meeting with a few real estate agents property management companies.
