Just last week I had an old tenant contact me online regarding a house I have listed.

I think the worst part of oil and gas slump is behind us, with the number of rigs starting to come online is back up.

Do you have realtors working for you - sometimes they have pocket listings that will not be listed online.

I don't have any experience in this field but I've been studying about it online for about 3 years now.

ex-wife has been taking them and basically warning the tenant "I don't know how long you'll be able to stay here"...So in any case, the tenant is on the hunt, and we spoke with her about our place coming on line and its in a neighborhood near hers.  

The rental comps I found online through truly, zillow, realtor. 

Be cautious if you decide to use on-line credit repair companies.
